To Provide Basic Skills Training to Meet the Changing Educational Requirements of the Workplace
The Kansas School for Effective Learning (KANSEL) prepares people for employment, technical training, or additional education by offering one-on-one tutoring in these subjects:
- General Education (GED)
- Basic Academic Skills
- English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL)
- Computer Skills Training
- Job Placement
- Test Proctoring
The teaching curriculum is individualized to meet each student's learning style, using a variety of teaching materials.
KANSEL is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 funded partner of the United Way of the Plains.
